Qi Gong (Chi Kung) and Nei Gong are among the oldest practices in the world dedicated to safeguarding and improving people's health.  Like Taiji, Qi Gong features flowing movements that heal the body and calm the mind, but it is not a martial art.  Its simpler, low-impact forms are usually done standing or walking, but instructors can adapt them for sitting, according to your needs. People practice Qi Gong for many reasons: to enhance their overall wellbeing, to restore a sense of vitality, to experience a better quality of life when dealing with chronic illness, and to recover from the intensity of athletic competition.  Nei Gong develops internal strength for Cheng Ming practice. CTCC offers Qi Gong classes periodically rather than regularly.  Nei Gong is practiced in classes before doing the form. Please check the monthly class schedule for announcements of new classes.
