Monthly Pass Online Class Option

Until we are able to resume normal dojo classes, CTCC is offering online classes via Zoom. A $75 pass allows you unlimited attendance during the month, and a $50 pass allows you one class per week. A variety of class levels and times are available.

Specialized / Advanced Lessons

Specialized training is available for situaions such as medical conditions requiring additional attention, students who desire to go more deeply into forms learned in their classes, and advanced students eligible for additional training. Please contact Hiromi Johnson for more information at hiromi@charlottesvilletaichi.org. Payment may be made by cash or check. Please make all checks out to CTCC.

Cancellation fee: All notifications of cancellation or rescheduling must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your lesson. Standard fee will be charged if cancellation is made with less notice than outlined above.


Private Lessons

Private lessons are available with Hiromi Johnson. You may contact her at hiromi@charlottesvilletaichi.org. Payment may be made by cash or check. Please make all checks out to Hiromi Johnson.

Class Policies

Class size policy: Classes will be held with minimum number of 4 students.

Payment policy: In order for us to keep offering the reasonable class fees, please keep track of your payment and the due date. All fees are due in advance.

New students: Please print out and fill out a registration form before your first class to Charlottesville T’ai Chi Center, 3590 Stockton Road, Charlottesville, VA 22903. You may pay online with PayPal (see below) or bring a check with your registration form to your first class. (Parent or guardian signature required on registration form for those under 18 years old.)

Continuing students: It is the student’s responsibility to make sure the fee is paid before your Class Card expires. In case of delayed payment, you will be asked to pay Drop-In rate ($20/class).

PayPal payment option: As a convenience, you have the option of paying for classes by using PayPal (or a major credit card accepted by PayPal). See the Online Payments page for details.

Refunds: A course fee refund is available up to the third class. The refund will be the total Class Card fee minus a $25 registration fee and $20/class attended up to the third class. After three classes are held, no refunds are given.
