Within every woman, there is an artist, inspiratrice and Wise Woman ready to guide us in shaping a vibrant life that is infused with soul and authentic expression. In this women’s expressive arts retreat, we will use art-making, authentic movement, writing, poetry, and mindfulness practices to call forth the Creatress within.
Exploring metaphors of nature, along with images in our artistic expressions, we will awaken to the depths of artistry, resourcefulness and body wisdom within us–welcoming the return of the summer while tending the creative fire within. Whether you are new to the expressive arts or want to dive deeper into your explorations, this retreat offers an enlivening and supportive space to re-imagine your life through art while cultivating contemplative arts practices that will enrich your everyday life.
