Walking Meditation Workshop
Time: 8:30 – 10:30am
This easy-to-learn eight set of Walking Meditation allows all joints to loosen up and improves balance and coordination. Ch’i (life-force energy) starts to flow through the body’s channels while blood surges through veins and arteries and brings a state of tranquility.
T’ai Chi Basics Workshop
Time: 10:45 – 12:45pm
14-step T’ai Chi is the foundation for the Cheng-Ming T’ai Chi long form. Hiromi will explain the basic stance, footwork, and a connection to the core which all T’ai Chi practitioners revisit. For beginners, we will learn the basic stance and movements. For experienced students, we will deepen our practice by focusing on several T’ai Chi principles. After this workshop, you will feel energized and relaxed.
Both beginner and intermediate students are welcome!
