World T’ai Chi Day 2012 Celebration – April 28

Come celebrate World T’ai Chi Day 2012 with Hiromi T’ai Chi!

World T’ai Chi Day has occurred every year on the last Saturday in April since 1999. Its mission is:

  • To educate the world of the profound health and healing benefits of T’ai Chi and Qigong for individuals, communities, and nations
  • To thank Chinese culture for creating and sharing these profoundly valuable gifts with the world
  • To bring together people across racial, economic, religious, and geo-political boundaries, to join together for the purpose of health and healing, providing an example to the world
  • To give a powerful example of how the power of the internet can be used to foster global health & healing

Hiromi T’ai Chi is happy to participate in the celebration with a T’ai Chi demonstration in Charlottesville’s Lee Park at 10:00am.

We will also be hosting a pot luck picnic in Crozet. For more information, please download the flyer here.

In the event of rain, the demonstration and the picnic will be held in the HTC dojo in the Michie building near the corner of 7th St NE and E. Market St.
